SSR's research vessel, R/V Deep Ocean Surveyor (formerly the M/V Southern Relentless), is a dedicated oceanographic survey vessel that has been operating in the Atlantic, Pacific, Caribbean and South American regions since 2007. This 182 ft survey vessel is equipped with deep and shallow water multibeam systems, deepwater sonar systems and acoustic positioning for operating in water depths ranging from 20m to full ocean depth. The vessel has accommodations for 11 scientific crew as well as ample space for data processing and charting operations. The R/V Deep Ocean Surveyor is certified to operate world-wide.

The survey vessel R/V GEO was designed specifically for the conduct of hydrographic and oceanographic surveys in coastal / inshore waters. This 33ft survey vessel has mounts installed for multibeam / single beam transducers, as well as an A-frame and winch for towing sonar / sampling gear and other hydrographic equipment. The R/V Geo can be trailered or shipped to remote locations world-wide.

The survey vessel R/V Echo was designed specifically for the conduct of hydrographic and oceanographic surveys in coastal and nearshore waters. This 40ft survey vessel has side-mounts installed for bathymetry and shallow seismic systems, as well as an A-frame and winch for towing sonar / sampling gear and other hydrographic equipment. The R/V Echo also has a below cabin that is ideal for data processing and charting on-site. The R/V Echo also has 4 berths and a galley below deck.

The survey vessel R/V Chirp was designed specifically for the conduct of
hydrographic surveys in inland waters (lakes, rivers, waterways and canals). This 20ft survey vessel has side-mounts installed for bathymetry sensors and is ideal for work in water depths ranging from 0m to 10m. The vessel is aluminium built and has a bimini-top to protect computers and systems.
